1. NLdigital Terms 2025

The NLdigital Terms 2025 apply to all offers, quotations and agreements of ARP-IT B.V. (Chamber of Commerce 42101263). These terms were drawn up by industry association NLdigital and are the standard for the Dutch digital sector: balanced, up to date and tailored to ICT services.

2. Structure of the terms

The NLdigital Terms consist of a general part and specific modules per type of service (such as consultancy, managed services and supply of equipment). For each agreement, the general part applies together with the modules relevant to the services provided.

The full text can be downloaded below. In the event of discrepancies between the Dutch and English versions, the Dutch text prevails.
